3 Reasons I'm Learning Web Development
1. I'm working towards an AAS degree in business and information systems. I am taking this Web Development class mainly because it will go towards that degree. However, I chose it because it sounded interesting mostly. I am pretty eager to learn anything new about the growing world of computers.
2. Learning how to Develop a web page may come in handy throughout my career. I want to be an executive secretary or personal assistant when I graduate college. Or any other degree that will utilize the skills that I have learned during my college years. I believe that having experience in developing web pages might be something I can contribute to a smaller or growing company.
3. I've always wanted to start my own business. One day, when I am more financially stable and have completed this degree, I would like to open up my own Food Cart. I have worked towards ideas regarding the food cart in other computer classes, IE, creating a business card, a spreadsheet regarding salaries and costs, etc. I know that knowing how to create my own website for my own business would save me a lot of money and time and give me the independence of complete product design.
